Lunches: January 30 – February 3

Lentil Burgers:

Brown lentils, vegetable broth, carrots, celery, onion

Chili:

Mushrooms, kidney beans, black beans, diced tomatoes, pureed tomatoes

Sweet Potato Falafel

Sweet potatoes, garbanzo beans, garlic, cumin, coriander, flour, cucumber, tzatziki

Pupusas:

This El Salvadorian dish is one of my family’s favourites. If I can make them half as good as my grandma, we’re all in for a treat!

Corn flour, cheese, zucchini, black beans

Roasted Tomato Soup

Tomatoes, garlic, vegetable broth
